Positioning
I work at the intersection of software engineering, business operations and AI automation. For 12+ years I have built systems that connect sales, procurement, warehouse, documents, finance, communication and management analytics.
My strength is not just writing a service or implementing a CRM. I get into the business process, find bottlenecks, choose the right architecture, build the integrations, get users onboard and make the system work in daily operations.
In recent years my focus has shifted toward practical LLM products: AI agents with tool use, meeting transcription and analysis, extraction from messy sources, RAG over internal handbooks, communication quality control, and assistants for sales and procurement teams.
